The repetitive beat creates a grounding effect on the body, supporting relaxation, emotional processing, and mental clarity without forcing anything to happen.
This is a community-based experience, yet deeply personal.
No prior experience is needed. Bring a mat or blanket and allow the rhythm to carry you.
